Karen Perks
Karen is our Managing Director and leads the Australian and UK teams sharing her knowledge of business strategy across our services. She is experienced in business management, bid and grant writing, industry engagement, and able to identify, develop and connect strategy into real solutions. Sharing her knowledge and leadership with the team there is continuous knowledge development between the whole team. Karen has valuable and extensive working knowledge of the grant and tender process and language of Commonwealth and State grants, local Government, Indigenous Procurement policies, local buy policies and tender evaluation and assessment criteria that is the differentiator to winning bids and grants.
Karen has qualifications in:

Lucy Chong
Lucy is a qualified lawyer and admitted to the LPAB in 2019. She is an experienced researcher and engages with clients to understand their needs and identifies appropriate solutions. With excellent writing ability, Lucy articulates key messages in a variety of writing styles and audiences.
With a background in hospitality, Lucy has a strong sense of customer service and has worked across business unit areas of senior management and finance. Lucy’s is fluent in English and Mandarin and has qualifications in:

Julie Russell 
Julie is experienced in grant and award writing and is an amazing editor. She is an accomplished executive experienced in ASX listed Global companies. As a member of senior leadership teams she developed complex strategies and wrote and edited complex documents across multiple mediums.
